The Lehigh Valley Transitioned to YELLOW This Morning

The Lehigh Valley’s progress to re-opening our economy took a big step this morning when we were permitted to transition from the STAY-AT-HOME RED phase to the GRADUAL REOPENING YELLOW phase of the state’s tiered reopening plan.  Thanks to the social distancing efforts of all those in the Lehigh Valley, we have made significant strides in combating this novel virus and are now looking forward to our reopening in a safe and effective manner.

We need to continue taking the hard steps to protect ourselves and others in our communities through this YELLOW phase so we can successfully move on to the GREEN phase – adherence is the only way we will be able to proceed.

While in this GRADUAL REOPENING YELLOW PHASE, some restrictions on work and social interactions begin to ease.  All businesses must follow CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) guidance for social distancing and cleaning.  Public health indicators will be monitored and orders and restrictions will be adjusted accordingly.

In addition to the above, my Bethlehem Office will begin taking in-person appointments to assist with any state-related issue, including assistance with filling out your Property Tax/Rent Rebate Application, assistance with Unemployment Compensation, PennDOT assistance, and more.  To schedule an appointment, please CALL before visiting the office at 610-868-8667.

*In order to visit with my staff during an appointment, please understand that you will have to wear a mask. This policy will be updated as necessary, and we appreciate your efforts and compliance to keep us all safe.*
