Senator Boscola Remarks on Christine’s Law

Christine’s Law is a common sense proposal that would allow police to pull over and fine drivers of vehicle who have snow and ice accumulated on their vehicle. It is meant as a preventive measure so our citizens clean off their vehicles before taking to our roadways.
